The ♥ heart becomes corrupt in 6 ways

1 - Committing sins in the hope of repenting. (Hasan Al-Basri)

2 - Seeking knowledge and not applying it. (Hasan Al-Basri)

3 - Practising without ikhlas [sincerity]. (Hasan Al-Basri)

4 - Eating the sustenance of Allaah SWT without appreciating Him. (Hasan Al-Basri)

5 - Not being pleased with Allah SWT Decree. (Hasan Al-Basri)

6 - and burying the dead without learning from them. (Hasan Al-Basri)
